You missed out!

I'm about to run a one-and-only-ever LIVE round of this. This is your chance to get my personal support on your Ditching Imposter Syndrome reader journey. As my gift!

I wrote Ditching Imposter Syndrome to make it as easy as possible for people across the world to:

  •  start turning their inner critic into a genuine leader
  • set themselves free from the secret 3am fear of being 'found out' as 'not good enough'
  • discover how to could step up to lead at the next level, making an even bigger difference in the world.

All of this - and so much more - is waiting for you - if you read and implement Ditching Imposter Syndrome.

But I also know how tough it can be to change your life when you go-it-solo with reading a book.

Will it even work for me?

How will I find the time?

What if I have a question or get stuck?

The thing is that there's a world of difference between information and implementation.

Reading a book on your own means you're much more likely to put it down, intending to come back to it, but never quite get round to it... avoiding the exercises that could have the most impact for you.

And that means you miss out on the magic it is holding for you!

I don't want you to have to do this on your own.

That's why I'm launching the Ditching Imposter Syndrome Interactive Reader Experience!

It will give you the accountability, question-answering, and idea-inspiring you need...

... to get all of the way through Ditching Imposter Syndrome...

... to start turning your inner critic into your biggest cheerleader...

... and to cut your stress levels and to do all of the other wonderful things that Ditching Imposter Syndrome can do for you!

And now is the perfect time to be doing this, because there's the added bonus that the strategies and concepts and exercises in Ditching Imposter Syndrome have some fabulous lockdown-essential side effects, including preventing burnout.

And the Interactive Reader Experience is broken down into busy-schedule-friendly, bite-sized chunks.

And PS - Ditching Imposter Syndrome even helps you to clear out the time-stealing habits of the 4 Ps of Imposter Syndrome:

perfectionism, procrastination, project paralysis and people-pleasing.

So joining us for this could free up hours of your time, every week, for life!

what you get

Here’s what you’ll cover over the six weeks:

We'll be working together by breaking the book down into bite-sized chunks. We'll read one step of Ditching Imposter Syndrome each week.

Week 1
Laying Firm Foundations

Pages 6 - 91

We start by looking at what the research says about what Imposter Syndrome is - and isn't. And then we'll dive in to dispel the most common myths that secretly keep us stuck (because the unconscious mind won't let you make a change it believes is impossible, including Ditching Imposter Syndrome!)

Week 4
Step 3: Clearing Out The Sticky Stuff

Pages 159 - 180

This is where, in week four, we dive in and learn how to spot your hidden blocks, fears and limiting beliefs, before they cause you to self-sabotage.

You'll discover the near-magical power of 'because'. And you'll learn how to let go of a limiting belief in under five minutes.

Week 2
Step 1: The Little-Known Key To Success

Pages 92 - 105

In week two you'll learn my emergency quick fix for if Imposter Syndrome strikes and you don't have time for navel-gazing.

Plus you'll discover how to keep yourself motivated - over the six weeks and beyond!

Week 5
Step 4: Wave Goodbye To Imposter Syndrome

Pages 181 - 234

In week five we're taking off those secret masks and armour that were part of our Imposter Syndrome coping strategies, in ways that feel safe and exciting.

You'll learn the real reason why people stay stuck for years - and how to avoid it. And you'll be waving goodbye to beating yourself up.

Week 3
Step 2: Taming Your Inner Critic

Pages 106 - 158

Did you know that you can learn how to choose which thoughts to feed?

And retrain your inner critic to be a genuine cheerleader?

In just sixty-second chunks?

That's what we're doing in week three!

Week 6
Step 5: Becoming The Leader You Were Born To Be

Pages 235 - 280

Leadership is an attitude, not a job title. Week six is all about allowing yourself to become all of who you really are, and consciously creating your future.

Plus you'll learn how to become naturally resilient and have more impact and influence.

We Went Live On Monday 8th March
(to celebrate International Women's Day 2021)

And We'll Finish The Book (AKA Change Your Life) Six Weeks Later!

And it's designed to fit around busy schedules (I know what it's like to be juggling work with home-schooling).

Here's How We'll Do It

Twice-Weekly Email To Keep You On Track

What you need to know to get the most from that week's step. Plus a gentle nudge and accountability!

Clare's Readers' Vault

Extra resources tailored to each stage of your Ditching Imposter Syndrome readers' journey.

Invitation-Only Readers' Club

Get instant accountability and share the journey in Clare's private Facebook group. This is the ONLY time we'll do this Interactive Reader Experience LIVE together!

Pick Clare's Brain

A weekly Q&A session for six weeks inside the Facebook group (with replay links if you're not into FB) where I can answer your specific questions and celebrate your successes.

It's like having me - and a team of virtual cheerleaders - walking by your side as you allow Ditching Imposter Syndrome to change your life!

All you need to do is read the book!

Ditching Imposter Syndrome Readers tell me:

  • It helps you to escape from the stress cycle  - yes, even if you're juggling working with school-at-home
  • It gets you starting to turn your inner critic into a genuine cheerleader, so you'll no longer be beating yourself up fifty times a day
  • It 'magically' makes more time! You'll be setting you free from our old friends, the time-thieving 4 Ps of Imposter Syndrome - perfectionism, procrastination, project paralysis and people-pleasing
  • It helps you to feel calmer and happier, having a longer fuse with your loved-ones and their annoying lockdown / work-from-home 'foibles'
  • If lockdown stress has had you doubting yourself at work or in your business, it's the perfect confidence-creating antidote

And all of this takes less time per day than most of us secretly spend social media doom-scrolling!

Here’s what people are saying about Clare's Imposter Syndrome trainings:

Ditching Imposter Syndrome already has readers in 30+ countries and has helped thousands of readers to change their lives.

Rob Dowell

Radio Manager, BBC

Relevant. Helpful. Inspirational.

Clare put on a session around Imposter Syndrome for the BBC RAISED Staff Network and she was brilliant. Clare was a joy to work with and massively over delivered to an audience who really benefited from her expertise. Attendee feedback included that the session was THE most useful personal development session they had attended.

Janine Coombes

Virtual Marketing Manager

An authority as the Imposter Syndrome expert.

I love the way Clare explains things. Her extensive experience of running her own business, writing her books, previous roles in market research and training in NLP and meditation seem to have been blended to create the perfect course leader.

Nancy Marmolejo

Executive Coach

THE person to help you with Imposter Syndrome.

Clare's background uniquely qualifies her as THE person to deconstruct the art and science of bypassing your mental and emotional blocks. Where others sell unattainable solutions, built on vague concepts, Clare helps you to unpack the processes to create breakthroughs.

Don't Know Clare Josa Yet?

Clare is considered the UK's leading authority on Imposter Syndrome, having spent the past 17 years specialising in it, including running the landmark 2019 Imposter Syndrome Research Study.

She originally qualified as an engineer, which brings a common sense approach to the transformational work she teaches.

As an NLP Trainer since 2003, she's an expert in practical psychology. And her training as a meditation teacher and yoga teacher means she loves to demystify ancient wisdom into practical actions you can take to create breakthroughs, in minutes, not months.

With love from Clare Josa

Got A Question First?

How Much Time Does It Take?

You'll want to put some time aside to actually read Ditching Imposter Syndrome. That's probably 30 minutes a day - often less.

Each week's introductory video is about 5 minutes. And the Friday Q&A will be 15-20 minutes.

The Q&A is optional and if you can't make it live or aren't on Facebook, a replay will be uploaded to a link you'll be given on my website shortly afterwards.

Do I Have To Buy The Book?

To get the most from the interactive reader experience, you will need to be reading Ditching Imposter Syndrome.

It is available from Amazon and to order from most book stores. Or you could ask your local library to get it in for you.

Please note that the free interactive reader experience does not include a free copy of the book.

I'm Not On Facebook...

That's not a problem! The main resources for the Interactive Reader Experience are in Clare's Training Vault, which has a secure login and is not on Facebook.

We have the Facebook group because some people want to connect with others who are reading the book.

The weekly introductory video and a replay of each Friday's Q&A will be on my website and you'll have a direct link to those.

Plus I'll let you know each week how you can submit a question for the Q&A, so I can answer it, even if you can't join us live.

Why Is This Better Than Reading Solo?

When we read a book on our own, it's far too easy to put it down and not come back to it.

But when we read it with others, the accountability keeps us going, creating the breakthroughs we've been dreaming of!

Plus you'll have somewhere to celebrate your successes (books are notoriously bad at listening to your whoops of excitement and responding in any significant way).

And you'll have a way to get answers to your questions, straight from the author.

So dive in, join us, make the time in your calendar, and let's get ditching Imposter Syndrome before Easter!

Do The Resources Expire?

No, they don't.

Although this is a six-week programme, the introductory videos, discussion questions, and Q&A replays aren't going anywhere any time soon.

That said, you'll get the most from this programme if you can keep roughly up-to-date as we go along.

Can We Bulk-Buy Books?

Absolutely! I can offer discounts on bulk purchases with a minimum of one box of books (16).

Please get in touch here to let me know how many you want.

Please not that due to Brexit causing massive headaches and delays in shipping, we have had to temporarily restrict direct bulk sales to UK customers only. Sorry.

Can I Invite Friends and Colleagues?

Please do! This is one of the ways I'm 'paying it forward' to support people over lockdown. And the more people who join in, the more people can benefit from the changes and shifts that Ditching Imposter Syndrome creates.

Share this page's link with them to invite them on social media.

It's also ok to share this in your company newsletter or with your in-house networks.

Why Is This Free?

I get a LOT of requests from organisations and book clubs to run free events for them, teaching what is in Ditching Imposter Syndrome.

But I have to turn most of them down, because there needs to be a balance between me making a difference and still putting food in the fridge - and seeing my kids!

I want to create a super-useful resource that I can share with organisations that might not have the budget to book me to speak, and this one-time-only live event is what's kicking my butt to get it done!

So by joining in with this yourself, you'll be helping me to create a free resource that can help thousands of Ditching Imposter Syndrome readers over the coming years.

Thank you!

What About My Privacy?

Firstly, spam stinks. Your email address will be used to send you the information for this programme and my Imposter Syndrome Inspiration newsletter (IF you asked for it).

I might send you information about other trainings I'm running in the future, but you can opt out at any time.

Don't want anyone to know you're joining us for this? No worries. Just don't do the Facebook group bit.

The rest of the resources and support are sent to you via email and are hosted on my website in an area where no one will see that you're there.

I want you to fee safe to make the most of this.

What If I Get Behind?

Life happens! And with lockdown running in the UK at the moment, there's a lot that can get in the way.

We're going to work through one stage per week of Ditching Imposter Syndrome, but if you read more one week than another, that's ok.

No one is going to get grumpy at you.

But, that said, please make sure you've marked out the time in your calendar to read the book, if at all possible, so that you can get the most from this one-time-only live round of the Ditching Imposter Syndrome Interactive Reader Experience.

When Are The Weekly Q&A Calls

We're still finalising this, but they're likely to be on a Friday afternoon, UK time, apart from the final week which will be the Thursday, because the Friday is a bank holiday.

I'll let you know via email as soon as the times are finalised.

But even if you can't join us live in the Facebook group for the Q&A, you'll know how to submit a question in advance for me to answer for you, and the replays will be on my website a few hours after the event.

Can I Run An In-House Book Club For This?

Absolutely! Please do! Feel free to create a book-club-within-a-book-club.

You could do a Zoom lunch with colleagues once a week. You could have a WhatsApp chat group. Whatever works for you!

The Ditching Imposter Syndrome Interactive Reader Experience includes a book club leader guide, including suggested discussion questions for each week and the end-of-book themes and topics.

Whichever way you want make this create breakthroughs for you, please dive in and do it!
